| Anyone with ADB current or savings account may
apply. Simply complete an ATM Application Form and submit it at your branch.

| Once your application has been accepted,
you will be given an ADB QUICKCASH card and your own Personal Identification
Number (PIN) to use in obtaining access to your account(s). |

To use the ATM |
|
| When you insert your card in to any ADB
QUICKCASH ATM, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to use the
machine to transact what ever business. The screen is also personalized to show
only the services and cash amount your card can access. ADB QUICK CASH ATMs are
very easy and quick to use. When the transaction is over your card will pop out
for retrieval.

To check your transactions |
|
| Your ADB QUICKCASH ATM will print an advice
slip or receipt for you, depending on the transaction made. You can therefore
check your transaction(s) against statement(s) received from your branch.
|

|
|
|

|
|
Should you LOSE YOUR CARD or
FORGOT YOUR PIN |
|
| You should secure your card, and never disclose your PIN to anyone. However, should you lose your card or have reason to believe that your PIN is known to some one else, please inform the nearest ADB branch immediately. You may thereafter contact your branch for a new card and PIN or call the helpline on 021-770405.

Card Capture |
|
The ATM will capture or retain your card if
necessary and issue you with a receipt stating the reasons for card capture.
Card capture could arise from any of the following :

The QUICKCASH card had expired
-
The Bank has been informed about the loss or theft of the card
-
You made three incorrect PIN entries
-
You did not remove your card at the right time
-
The card failed a history check
-
The magnetic stripe on your card has been tampered with
-
You delayed beyond the 40 seconds required to respond to the machine's prompt

Fast Cash |
|
|
Your ADB QUICKCASH ATM allows you to make fast cash withdrawal. The Fast Cash
menu has seven(7) pre-defined amounts to choose from, and another key to use to
draw amounts not included in the pre defined set.

Cash Withdrawal |
|
|
To select an exact amount to withdraw, go to the Cash Withdrawal function, When
prompted, enter the required amount in multiples of GH¢ 5.00 followed by the
Enter key.

|
|

|

|
|
Funds Transfer |
|
|
You can link your card to a maximum of four (4) accounts .To transfer funds
between your linked accounts, select from the Funds Transfer Function the
source and destination accounts and enter the amount. The machine will give
further simple instructions. You may transfer up to ¢5.0 million a day
|

|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
Deposits |
|
|
The deposit function allows you to deposit cheques for later processing. Follow
the machines instruction and do not forget the printed Deposit Advise Slip.

|
|

Request For Drafts |
|
|
To request for draft from your branch, your ADB QUICKCASH ATM card will come
handy. There is no limit to the value of the draft you wish to request for
.Just call at the branch on the indicated date , and your draft will be ready.

|
|
Balance Enquiry |
|
|
Select the "Account Balance" function. The ATM will display both the "Cleared"
and "Uncleared" balances on the screen and issue you with an account balance
slip.

|
|
|

|
|
Mini-Statements |
|
|
When you select "Mini-Statement" function, you can get a print out showing your
last 10 transactions on the account in question.

|
|

Statement Request |
|
|
This function is used to request a full statement to be collected at your
branch at a later date by you.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
Cheque Book Request |
|
|
From any ADB QUICKCASH Card, you can request for your Cheque book which will be
ready with in a few days.
|

PIN Change |
|
|
You may want to change your PIN for several reasons. Use the PIN Change
function to do this. Your PIN should contain 4 numeric characters. You may
change your PIN as many times you wish.

Notice of Withdrawal |
|
|
This function is used in cases where the card holder wishes to give notice to
the branch of intention to with draw some specific amount of money at a later
date.
